I’m not dead…

…nor am I alive.
Probably, I’m undead?
Anyway, I started editing Myriagon this morning, and chapter 1 is done!

Chapter 01 – The Red Door

Sooo, the major changes are:
- the whole story is renamed. Now it’s called “Misled”.
- Gwen-chan is now 18, not 20 years old.
- The story begins in August, not at the end of June.

There are also some changes in details, as I tried to correct logical mistakes and grammar mistakes. There were plenty of them. I changed every sentence I didn’t like. Now I’m quite happy with chapter 01.
I also started chapter 07 in a different way and liked it very much.

Update 4: Okay, it totally sucked. I was all talk. Sorry. Honestly, I couldn’t do anything, I couldn’t resist to that beauty *nose bleed* (if you want to know, what I was doing instead of working on my novel, go there , and see for yourself) I’ll try to pull myself together and work on my novel. By the end of February a lot of things should be done. *goes to take a cold shower*
Update 3: I apologize. It’s holy Friday today (which means I actually watch my favourite anime and then do nothing, as I’m too impressed), but I hope to do smth tomorrow ^^
Update 2: Due to some real life related $h!t I failed to edit anything. Hope to get it done tomorrow evening.
Update 1: I think I’ll manage to have 7 chapters done by Monday. Tomorrow I’ll revise chapters 2 and 3, probably more. I wish I could edit them all, but I’m not a robot

It’s been a while

Yep, I had some troublesome affairs in that boring real life.
Yep, I hope to be back on track in couple of days.
Yep, I’m going to rewrite the first part of the Myriagon novel.

Author’s Guide

I’m going to write my personal Author’s Guide to Myriagon, as there’re too many personages and details, and I keep forgetting them. You know, a lot of time passes between my writing chapters, that’s why I can’t remember even some major details. I don’t want this precious (for me) work to be spoiled by stupid mistakes.
Besides, occasionally I have rather poor memory, and I have to write everything down.
Btw, chapter 7 is in progress, and I’ll finish it as soon as my guide is complete.

Storm Alert

So, I really finished it. It took much time and effort. I don’t know, if I’m satisfied with the result, but at least this story won’t occupy my head anymore. I got rid of it.
What is it about? Love stuff, tears, kisses etc. as usual.
You may like it or not. I don’t really care. But if you like it, I’m happy with it.

In brief

I wrote approx. 2600 words of the ‘Storm Alert’ short story.
I’m too tired to finish it now and I feel it needs some minor editing.
I’d sleep a bit, and if I ever wake up, I’ll finish it. I think, 800 words will be enough for the end.
I’m suffering from severe headache right now.

Short stories

I’d like to post some news concerning the short stories I’m currently busy with.
First of all, the story entitled ‘Storm Alert’ (it’s the English version of its title). I wrote 2 pages of it (about 1100 words). Actually, I started writing it months ago, but I hope to finish it in several days (tomorrow probably). I’m in good mood for writing.
Secondly, I’m going to write a story about vampires. But I won’t do it alone, read the details here
Nevertheless, I’ll write my version of the story. I’d make it as bloody as possible. Rimchen would prabably make it more and more romantic.
I was thinking it over last night. I think, the most possible title for my version is ‘Virus in our Town’. I’d also make it creepy and weird. It seems, Rimchen sees the story as some kind of parable. That’s good to me.
But we haven’t decided on the language. We are co-students, you know. We may be able to write it in English. At least, I’d like to write a parable for it in English, and the rest of the story in Russian.
But we can let our imagination run wild, as she also studies French, and I study German.
I don’t have any idea, when we’ll be ready with it, as we haven’t started yet. But I’m eager to write smth together with her.

Off-topic. Myriagon-7 will be hopefully done by next Sunday.
I’m not currently able to write. Real world is calling xD

It causes me pain that I can’t bear alone,
It’s all that I’m left with when passion is gone,
I’m sinking tonight in the deepest of depths,
I’m taking away the despair of the dead.

I like the sensation of falling apart.
Who told me that dying could be a new start?
And who, in the dead of mute colourless night,
Was begging for flame of my life to enlight?

The hottest of bloods can be turned into ice,
You’re one of the devils that came in disguise,
Prepared am I the last path to behold,
Forgive me for everything I never told.

I wrote 590 words of chapter 7, entitled “In All Directions” (that would be correct translation). Not many, yeah? Soooo, dunno when I’m done with it.
I’m going finally revise the first 6 chapters, let’s say, make the final edition.

Central Kiss

There were no new poems for nearly 5 months.
So I wrote smth under the strange name of “Central Kiss”.

In the world of shine and glory,
For the first time in history,
Underneath the sky of trouble,
It was never meant to bubble,

It’s the right time for rejection,
No, I don’t ask for protection,
Every now and then it’s gorgeous,
Interjected here to forge us,

I don’t care, be blessed or sinful,
Be the sage or utmost fool,
Little bliss inside the ampoule,
Classified as devil’s tool.

Yeah, the English Grammar God will send me to hell directly for non-usage of articles. But at least I won’t be alone there))))))

No, such small size doesn’t mean that I’m a lazybones. It’s kinda bonus)))
I’m going to make myself start chapter seven. Btw, I think it’s right time to look through everything already written. There are some parts I’m unsure about, they need rewriting. I don’t think any drastic changes to be done, but I’d like to emphasize some details, make the words more precise etc.

It’s been a while

It’s been a while since my last post.

Currently I’m not able to fulfill my duties as a prospective writer properly. I want to, but I can’t.

Now I’m working on the interlude, the so-called chapter 6.5, entitled “The Phone”. It’s a short piece, which I’d like to write, but which can’t be put anywhere inside the chapters. I’m planning to put such interludes after every 6 chapters, or, probably, when I feel I should write smth of this kind.

The interlude may be ready in an hour, approximately. Then I’m passing to chapter 7.

Chapter 6

Yes, I’ve finished it. I read it only while I was writing it, so there could be some mistakes. Chapter 6, “The Death’s Apprentice” can be found here (rus only)
We have our flat repaired, I’ve caught a cold, I spend most of time moving boxes with miscellanious stuff around my flat. I’m tired to death. I’m sick of studying. I quarrel with my mum every time we meet. It’s cold outside and inside. All that means, that I don’t know when I’m able to continue writing. I’m really looking forward to chapter 7. So, probably in a month I’ll finish it. I haven’t started, though)))
Frankly speaking, I spent this morning and yesterday’s evening (and most part of night) reading Loveless. I just wanted to do a bit of plagiarism to gain a bit of inspiration. I think, it’s nice to calm down with the help of favourite film or book (or manga, in my case). Though it caused some weird dreams as usual. I really wish I could write something like that. I can hardly remember some other stories that captivating. Reading it makes me creative. Ifeel like I should write something.

Btw, October means a lot of new anime. And yes, I’m going to watch two or three (dozens) of them. I’m not very much concerned about repairs or studies, but what bothers me – shall I buy one more hard drive?

Not to forget

Occasionally I got some spare time, so, instead of studying I wrote a bit. Now ch 6 is half-ready. It means, it is likely to be finished by Saturday.
